Literacy Leadership Certificate

The science of reading has shaped what we know about how students learn to read.

About the Program

The science of reading has shaped what we know about how students learn to read. The Literacy Leadership Certificate at the University of Findlay helps administrators, instructional coaches, and curriculum leaders put that research into practice.

You’ll develop a working knowledge of reading science and learn how to apply it where it matters most: evaluating curriculum, supporting struggling readers, and leading professional development that actually moves the needle. The result is a leader who can cut through the noise, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions for their school or district.

Coursework is fully online, so you can build your expertise without stepping away from the work you’re already doing.
