How to Become a Resident Assistant

When looking for RAs, we look for students who are mature, responsible, creative, sensitive to diverse needs, service-oriented, and proud to be students at Findlay. If chosen as an RA, you will have the opportunity to meet many other students, faculty, and staff members. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally, work on programs that benefit the entire campus community, and build a variety of skills that will help you exceed beyond graduation.
