Oiler Early Advantage
Designed specifically for First-Year Students enrolling for Fall 2026, the Oiler Early Advantage Program provides an incredible opportunity to start your academic journey early with flexible, 100% online courses – all at a reduced cost.
Jump-start your college experience this summer!
This program is an excellent way to familiarize yourself with college-level coursework, develop time management skills and learn how to navigate the course platform-all from the comfort of home-ensuring you’re well-prepared when fall classes begin.
When: June 23 – August 3, 2025
Cost: $550 per credit hour
Course Offerings
By enrolling in courses like ENGL 104, a foundational writing course for all incoming freshmen, or options like GEOL205, PHIL100, and PSYC100, which satisfy CORE+ (general education) requirements, you can get ahead academically while easing your transition to college life.
College Readiness Course (Oiler Experience – ACAD 088)
As part of the Oiler Early Advantage Program, we’re excited to offer Oiler Experience – ACAD 088, a college readiness course designed to help you build essential skills for success in your first year. This course focuses on time management, study strategies, and navigating college life effectively.

- Not interested in enrolling in summer classes? You can still take the ACAD 088 course as a stand-alone option for just $200.
