Overview
About the Program
The educators who work with students in grades 4–9 have an extraordinary opportunity to shape how young people see themselves as learners. If you are already working in the classroom with an early childhood or multi-age license, or if you hold a bachelor’s degree and want to expand your teaching eligibility, the University of Findlay’s Middle Childhood Licensure program offers a focused, efficient path to adding this credential to your professional portfolio.
If you already hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, you may qualify for our post-baccalaureate licensure program. The program is designed to meet Ohio Department of Education requirements while giving you the flexibility to complete coursework around your existing professional and personal commitments.
