Dual Enrollment Certificate

If you have a master’s degree, but need additional graduate hours in your content area to teach College Credit Plus courses, this certificate gets you there.

About the Program

If you have a master’s degree, but need additional graduate hours in your content area to teach College Credit Plus courses, this certificate gets you there. University of Findlay’s Dual Enrollment Certificate is a straightforward, online professional development option for teachers who want to expand what they’re qualified to teach, without going back for another full degree.

Ohio’s College Credit Plus program gives high school students the chance to earn college credit while still in high school. To teach those courses, instructors need to meet specific graduate-level content requirements. If you’re close but not quite there, this certificate fills that gap.

UF’s Dual Enrollment Certificate is aligned with our own College Credit Plus program. If you plan to use this certificate to teach dual enrollment courses through a different college or university, reach out to that institution directly to confirm our courses will meet their requirements.
