In addition to her leadership at Paradigm Safety, Heather serves as a Risk and Solutions Advisor at Inseer, Inc., a pioneer in AI-driven ergonomic assessment software solutions. At Inseer, she bridges the gap between complex data science and frontline application, helping companies leverage computer vision and artificial intelligence to identify MSD risks in real-time. Her work is instrumental in translating high-level AI insights into actionable safety interventions that protect workers and optimize operational eﬃciency.

With over a decade of experience in environmental health and safety, Heather has built a reputation for navigating the intersection of safety and digital transformation. Her expertise spans

As the owner of Cardinal Compliance Consultants, Rich is responsible for the overall management and strategic vision of Cardinal. Rich is a results-driven leader dedicated to ensuring that our clients’ needs are met and delivering a high-quality, value-added environment, health, safety, and engineering solution.

Rich began his journey with Cardinal in 2014 but has over 30 years of experience as an EHS professional in the hazardous waste, construction, manufacturing, and government contracting worlds.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi, and spoiling their fur babies. Together, they have 1 son, 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters, a son in law and daughter in law. He loves cooking for his family and enjoying the great outdoors, especially the Boundary Waters or the wildlife in the backyard.
