Henderson Dining Hall
Newly renovated Henderson Dining Hall is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant with various updated options consisting of a cook-to-order action station, hometown comfort food station, traditional grill, pizza, and deli stations, international station, a soup, salad, and plant bar, delicious desserts, and refreshing beverages including Pepsi Flavor Shot machines and individually brewed Starbucks beverages. Our integrated dining program features advanced food technology, new recipe development, and high tech equipment to offer tasty, trendy meals.

The dining room will be closed for service between 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting high traffic areas.
Simple Servings
Simple Servings is a dedicated station within our Marketplace that offers fresh, flavorful meals prepared without the most common allergens, which account for 90% of all food allergy reactions. Dishes at Simple Servings are prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, sesame, and tree nuts. The program also omits gluten, which students may need to avoid due to celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Simply To Go
We are pleased to offer students a high quality to-go option for their early mornings, late nights, and everything in between in exchange for one meal swipe. We recognize the need for a convenient dining location available at all hours and Simply To Go serves as just that.
Choose an entree from our core menu consisting of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and pastas, etc. Choose from an array of sides including side salads, fresh fruit, and chips and grab a beverage from our new Pepsi Flavor Shot machines or Starbucks coffee station. Don’t forget to grab a freshly baked cookie or brownie to finish your meal!

The Rig
