Counseling Services provides a safe, confidential space where students can talk through challenges, build coping skills, and support their mental health and overall well-being.

Counseling Services

Counseling Services is a free service that offers licensed professional clinical counselors who are qualified to diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders. These counselors are trained and experienced in a variety of techniques and therapeutic interventions. Common concerns include but are not limited to the following: anxiety, depression, family issues, eating concerns, homesickness, relationships, substance use, anger, trauma, and self-esteem.
