**Available to all commuters and sophomores, juniors, seniors, graduate, and professional (foundational pharmacy year two [FY2] or higher status) students living on campus in non-residence hall housing. For individuals in residence hall housing, this plan is available only to juniors, seniors, graduate, and professional (first professional year [P1] or higher status) students.

Residence Halls
At the University of Findlay, our residence halls are so much more than just places to live-they’re where campus life truly comes alive!
Each hall has its own unique community, filled with resources, support, and tons of fellow Oilers ready to help you connect, grow, and make memories. Whether you’re a first-year student, a transfer, or an upperclassman, you’ll find a vibrant and welcoming space to call home. Each residence hall features laundry facilities and social lobbies.
A Resident Assistant (RA) lives on each floor of each residence hall, along with a Resident Director (RD) that oversees each building. Staff members are available to assist students in three Residence Life Staff Offices within Bare, Lovett, and UF Village. Their hours of operation are 8 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Saturday every day of the academic year.

Bare Residence Hall
Bare typically houses first-time freshmen and sophomores. Bare is co-ed, with males on the first and second floors, with females on the third floor. Bare is located next to Dick Strahm Field and our popular sand volleyball courts.

Deming Residence Hall
Deming is an all-female residence hall that frequently houses first-time freshmen and sophomores. Deming is next to our hammock park and connected to Henderson Dining Hall, so you can always grab a meal with our 24/7 Simply to Go option.

Fox Residence Hall
Fox is a co-ed residence hall that has females on the first and second floors with males on the third floor. Fox is typically occupied by first-time freshmen and sophomore students. Fox is located beside Bare Residence Hall, Dick Strahm field, and our popular hammock park.

Lovett Residence Hall
Lovett is an all-female residence hall that houses first-time freshmen and sophomores. Lovett is close to our hammock park and Henderson Dining Hall.

Morey Residence Hall
Morey is co-ed by floor, with males on the second floor and females on the third floor. Morey consists of single-occupancy rooms making it a highly sought-after option typically occupied by returning students. Morey is located next to Bare Hall and our popular sand volleyball courts.

Myers Residence Hall
Myers is an all-female residence hall that consistent of three floors. Myers consists of mostly single-occupancy rooms, making it a desirable option that frequently houses upperclassmen. Myers is located next to Fox Residence Hall and our hammock park.

UF Haven Residence Hall
UF Haven is a co-ed residence hall that has females on the second and fourth floors, and male residents on the third floor. Haven mostly consists of double-occupancy rooms with half baths, making it a popular choice for upperclassmen.

UF Village Residence Hall
UF Village is a co-ed residence hall that hosts females on the second and third floors, and male residents on the first floor. The Village is home to single and double-occupancy rooms, most with half baths and is a popular choice for returning students.

UF Houses
University of Findlay offers three types of on-campus houses.
There are several on-campus house options for students including Group, Special Interest, and Theme houses. All house options include high-speed internet, laundry machines, a fully furnished living area including a TV and a kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave! Bring your favorite utensils, cookware, and dishes to make the space your own! Laundry units are supplied in each on-campus house, making life a whole lot easier! Group Houses
Group houses give students the feel of off-campus living with all the perks of living on campus. Students sign up to live with friends of their choosing in the group houses, which makes this an appealing option to upperclassmen.

Special-Interest Houses
Special-interest houses give students the opportunity to live in a house with others who share common backgrounds and interests. Special interest houses include gender inclusive, campus ministry, and honors.

Theme Houses
Theme houses give students the opportunity to live with fellow classmates that are in the same college or major, but students from other majors may join!
UF Apartments
A top pick for returning upperclassmen, Findlay’s on-campus apartments offer four fully furnished options designed for comfort and independent living.
Each apartment includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove, giving you the flexibility to cook your own meals and settle into a routine that fits your lifestyle. Bring your favorite utensils, cookware, and dishes to make the space your own! Students in these units are responsible for maintaining their apartments and bringing their own cleaning supplies. The UF Cottages are a perfect fit for returning upperclassmen who value their own space and independent living. These apartments offer either one single-occupancy room or two single-occupancy rooms per unit. This complex is close to pickleball and basketball courts and our Center for Student Life and College of Business.

UF Townhouses
The UF Townhouses are a wonderful option for returning upperclassmen who enjoy living together with friends. The townhouses offer four single-occupancy rooms per unit and is located next to DeHaven Field and Derrick’s Square.

Oiler Pointe is a popular choice for returning upperclassmen and is located near the Davis Street Building. These apartments offer either one single-occupancy room or two single-occupancy rooms per unit.

Derrick’s Square is a great option for returning upperclassmen who wish to live with a roommate. These apartments feature two single-occupancy rooms per unit. These apartments are also located close to DeHaven Field and UF Townhouses.
