Get Started
Each year, we welcome new international students from approximately 35 countries and territories. The Office of International Admissions and Immigration Services has professional staff members who are committed to excellence in serving student needs.
Our career-focused programs are built on a liberal arts foundation, and we incorporate hands-on learning into all programs. We invite you to experience the University of Findlay.

1. Apply
Submit your application. Review our admission requirements and deadlines using the buttons below.
2. Receiving Your I-20
To receive the Form I-20, a $500 deposit will be required once you have been admitted. This deposit will be credited back to your Findlay student account once you are officially enrolled in classes. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the instance of an F-1 visa denial under Section 214(b). The following criteria will need to be met to initiate the refund:
1. Deposit/Application must be within the two-year deferral window. Expired deposits or applications cannot be refunded.
2. Email international@findlay.edu to report your interview date prior to the date.
3. Once the interview has been completed, obtain your results from the U.S. Department of State using their tracking tool (Tracking Tool). Email the confirmation to international@findlay.edu within 10 days of the interview. If your visa was denied, indicate whether you want to defer and reapply or request a refund.
4. Refunds will not be issued unless the above steps have been completed. A $50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
